About CLG Counselling in Lowestoft

I’m Claire, a person‑centred counsellor (BA Hons, Level 6) and the founder of CLG Counselling & Wellbeing Services in Lowestoft. I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and explore whatever you’re carrying — without judgement or pressure.

My approach is warm, human, and grounded in real‑life experience. I believe counselling should feel safe, supportive, and accessible to everyone, not clinical or out of reach.

Why I Offer Affordable Counselling in Lowestoft

A core part of my work is offering affordable, accessible counselling in Lowestoft — and there’s a very personal reason behind this.
Seven Years ago, I received low‑cost counselling in Lowestoft myself, at a time when I couldn’t have afforded private therapy. That support changed my life. It gave me space to breathe, understand myself, and rebuild in ways I didn’t know were possible.

Because of that experience, I made a promise to myself:
If I ever became a counsellor, I would offer the same accessible support to others.

CLG Counselling exists because I know first‑hand how powerful counselling can be — and how important it is that people can access it without long waits or financial barriers.

This is why I offer:

- affordable counselling in Lowestoft
- flexible pricing, including a limited number of “pay what you can” spaces
- accessible options such as online and telephone sessions
- a discreet, private therapy room for those who prefer in‑person support

Everyone deserves a safe space to talk, regardless of their circumstances.
