Menopause & Midlife Counselling Support

Affordable, compassionate support for women navigating menopause, perimenopause, and the wider challenges of midlife.

Menopause can be a time of profound physical, emotional, and identity‑level change. Many women describe feeling unheard, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn. My counselling support offers a calm, confidential space to explore what you’re experiencing, understand your needs, and feel more grounded and empowered during this transition.

 What My Menopause Support Includes

My approach blends emotional support, evidence‑informed guidance, and practical tools to help you make sense of your symptoms and your wider midlife experience. This may include exploring:

  • Emotional wellbeing — anxiety, low mood, irritability, identity shifts, relationship changes
  • Lifestyle factors — sleep, stress, movement, boundaries, self‑care
  • Symptom understanding — hot flushes, brain fog, fatigue, mood changes
  • Midlife transitions — career shifts, caring responsibilities, confidence, purpose

This is a supportive, collaborative space where you can talk openly and be met with empathy, clarity, and respect.

 Evidence‑Informed Menopause Knowledge

My menopause support is informed by specialist training with Kathy Abernethy, former Chair of the British Menopause Society. This training follows the evidence‑based standards set out in current BMS guidance, ensuring my support is safe, accurate, and grounded in best practice.

I can help you understand what’s happening in your body, explore your options, and feel more confident in conversations with healthcare professionals.

 Nutrition & Menopause

Alongside counselling, I hold Level 2 Nutrition training, which means I can offer general information about how nutrition may help improve menopause‑related symptoms such as:

  • energy levels
  • mood stability
  • bone health
  • digestive changes

This is information only, not personalised nutritional therapy.

⚠️ Important Boundaries

Although this training is designed  for & used by Nurses and Medical personnel , I am not a  medical professional. Any information I provide is not medical advice and should always be discussed with your GP, nurse, or another qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about treatment, HRT, supplements, or health changes.

My role is to support your wellbeing, help you make sense of your experience, and empower you how to communicate with medical professionals to seek the right medical care when needed.

 Affordable, Accessible Support

I believe menopause and midlife support should be available to every woman, not just those who can afford premium services. My sessions are priced to remain accessible while still offering high‑quality, evidence‑informed care.

If you’d like to explore whether this support is right for you, you’re welcome to book an initial conversation.
